Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you contact us or when a parent or guardian submits a Portal Pack interest form. The Portal Pack form asks for a parent name and email, a general player age band, Minecraft edition, the exact Minecraft username or gamertag, device type, referral context, rules confirmation, consent to contact the parent, and an optional support note. It does not ask for a child’s real name, birthdate, school, street address, phone number, password, Microsoft credentials, or voice-session link.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to communicate with adults, respond to requests, review Portal Pack membership, complete parent-sponsored onboarding, support club safety, and operate our projects.

Portal Pack Data

Portal Pack interest forms must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. The Minecraft username or gamertag and rules confirmation are used to review and, only after owner approval, safelist the submitted account. Submitting interest does not create a player account or grant server access. Technical abuse controls store keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses. Voice and screenshot choices, if needed, are handled separately during onboarding.

Retention and Parent Choices

Declined, withdrawn, or inactive interest records are removed when they are no longer needed for review and follow-up, ordinarily within 90 days of the final decision. Approved membership records may be retained while membership is active and for a limited period afterward for safety and administration. A parent or guardian may request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion by contacting us.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties.
